I haven't looked too much into this one yet, but what I've seen appears to be high quality. The focus is on applying CSS to common scenarios, such as creating rounded corners. It has the typical O'Reilly writing style - thorough, professional, and information-packed.

What would have been nice is for full color instead of grayscale illustrations to be included, but I don't think any O'Reilly books come in full color.
