Macromedia Dreamweaver 8: Training from the Source

Macromedia Dreamweaver 8: Training from the Source cover

Currently using this for my Digital Publishing course.

I'm using CS3 and this book was written for version 8, but aside from a couple of things (like the DHTML menu in chapter 8) I was able to follow the book step-by-step with no problems. For me it was a bit repetitive since I already know XHTML/CSS very well, but I did find some nice little time savers for when I'm coding in Dreamweaver.

One thing I really liked was how the author gave a time estimate for how long a chapter would take to finish.

This book would be best for a graphic designer or budding web designer that needs to learn how to create a smaller static page website.
